Membership

Any Colonies homeowner may purchase Class A membership at any time. The Class A membership requires a one-time initiation fee of $1,450 and yearly dues of $775 (effective 3/1/2024). The membership covers all members of the household. In addition, as a courtesy, the board has also agreed to waive the guest fee(s) for visiting parents/ grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren - when accompanied by the primary member(s). Other relatives and guests are required to pay guest fees. During special events, however, including board designated "pool parties", guest fees are required for visiting parents, grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. More information on guest fees is provided under the pool rules. Class A members receive one vote per household.
