ABOUT MEMBERSHIP

Class A Membership

Any Colonies homeowner may purchase Class A membership at any time. The Class A membership requires a one-time initiation fee of $1,450 and yearly dues of $850 (effective 1/1/2026). The membership covers all members of the household. In addition, as a courtesy, the board has also agreed to waive the guest fee(s) for visiting parents/ grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren – when accompanied by the primary member(s). Other relatives and guests are required to pay guest fees. During special events, however, including board designated “pool parties”, guest fees are required for visiting parents, grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. More information on guest fees is provided under the pool rules. Class A members receive one vote per household.

Class B Membership

Any Milhaven homeowner may purchase a Class B membership at any time. This membership has a one time initiation fee of $1,450 and yearly dues of $850 (effective 1/1/2026). The membership covers all members of the household. In addition, as a courtesy, the board has also agreed to waive the guest fee(s) for visiting parents/grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren – when accompanied by the primary member(s). Other relatives and guests are required to pay guest fees. During special events, however, including board designated “pool parties”, guest fees are required for visiting parents, grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. More information on guest fees is provided under the pool rules. Class B members may not vote.

Class C Membership

The CSTC offers a number of Class C memberships to families that do not live in the Colonies at Wilde Lake or Milhaven. Membership costs $875 (effective 1/1/2026) annually, and no initiation fee is required. There is a one-time new member application fee of $300. The membership covers all members of the household. Class C members may not vote, and must re-apply for membership on a year-to-year basis.

* To register for the Colonies Cruisers Swim Team, the family needs to be a member of the pool.
